Job Description

Our Fleet Administration team manages all day to day enquires relating to Vehicle Finance and Fleet Management from the initial opportunity though to vehicle delivery and throughout the lifecycle of our clients’ contracts, building strong sustained relationships with all sectors.

- Maintain our Fleet Management System to ensure all key accounts are fully updated regarding their fleet status

- Process finance agreements to meet delivery timescales

- Liaise with clients, suppliers and partners

- Provide updates on vehicle orders and delivery arrangements

- Action system updates

- Deal with high volumes of client enquires on all aspects of vehicle leasing and fleet management in a timely manner, meeting deadlines where applicable

- Meet customer expectations and demands to maintain and strengthen ongoing customer relationships

- Provide continuity within the department during peak business periods when colleagues are away on business or annual leave

- Management of daily rental enquires and bookings, providing quotations to customer and guide pricing to internal colleagues on request

- Preparation of fleet reports

- Increase efficiency by process optimization and streamlining

- Assisting the internal IT Systems Manager in the day to day running of the Key2 Fleet Management System

- Ensuring the Key2 system is updated regularly with any customer delivery updates

- Understanding data import / export reports across multiple platforms, namely Salesforce / Key2

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the fleet sector, although not essential) - You will be an excellent relationship manager, adept at interacting with people at all levels - You can demonstrate solid business understanding, and knows what it means to be "customer centric" - You are target-driven, resilient, focused, trustworthy and show credibility by your actions - You work structured in handling your daily tasks, able to handle complex issues and pay attention to detail - You thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment, being a strong team player and high performing individual with the desire to win - You work flawlessly with IT tools (MS Office, Salesforce CRM and Project Management software etc.) - Previous experience using the Key2 Fleet Management System - Ability to extrapolate data from multiple sources and transpose this onto other IT systems.
