Job Description
To provide commercial, analytical and logistical support across the distribution team to ensure the commercial manager, sector leads, account managers and business pursuit roles fulfil their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities;
- As the team is professionalizing its account management function and become more commercially focused, this role will play a clear role in adding value.
- Be able to have quick and easy access to both internal and external data for analysis.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate knowledge management, CRM systems, web pages to keep data accurate and up to date.
- Be able to analyze data and provide the relevant colleagues with the information they need to enable them to respond to opportunities when they arise and or make decisions.
- Support roles are involved in providing various types of operational support, which once handed over to other teams will free up time for colleagues to focus more on the commercial side of the business.
- Helping bring to life the new structure and make it work in order to deliver the new operating model principles.
- Support with awarding body related events such as meetings and conferences when needed.

Experience:
- Local Authority : 1 year (Required)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (Required)
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering emails and sorting post
Financial Duties:
- Expense reports
- Billing
- Purchasing
Work remotely:
- Temporarily due to COVID-19
