Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support with both high-level and day to day tasks
· Support with the 3 directors diary management – manage calendars and prepare for meetings
· Co-ordinate director’s outstanding tasks and ensure their priorities are organised
· To be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence
· Liaising with colleagues internally and various external stakeholders on behalf of the directors
· Possesses the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· To react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround – ability to priorities is essential – priorities will often change throughout a typical day or week
· Tracks and helps drive completion of key deliverables and follows up on outstanding items
· Works well, and maintains a positive attitude, when under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
· Requires little instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new assignments
· Successfully coordinate any travel requirements for directors and other office team
· Assist and support with budgets, credit control and other financial planning as required
· Coordinates all office activity of Head Office in Kirkcaldy (and any other sites as required) supporting smooth running.
· Arranges any required IT / telephony / security etc. elements, as required
