Job Description

• Drafting designs using 2D and 3D AutoCAD and providing construction drawings
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure clarity of communication regarding designs
• Updating drawings with design teams
• Creating fully coordinated and clash detected 3d models of all services using AutoCAD
• Detailing up construction and record drawings with dimensions, designations and construction notes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our client is open to candidates at any level of qualification Demonstrable experience in the coordination of Mechanical Building services designs Prior experience in the design of Mechanical Building Services on Commercial projects
