We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who can support the team of HR Advisors with the full employee lifecycle admin work, produce advance Excel reports on business and employees metrics and keep the HR System up to date.
Daily administrative tasks, including maintenance of HRIS and databases
Maintain accurate personnel records and provide timely support to HR Advisors
Produce reports on various KPIs and metrics for both the HR Team and other areas of the business
Work closely with payroll to ensure all relevant changes to employee records have been made
Support on ad-hoc HR projects

Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in a busy HR Department providing administrative support. Proactive and don't require a lot of supervision. Excellent Excel skills (Pivot table, VLOOKUP’s, Statistical Reporting). Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
