Job Description

The company specializes in property maintenance and liaises with Scotland's largest Property Letting Agencies.

40 hours per week. With 28 days accrued holiday per year.

The job role includes but not limited to:

- Liaising with clients through email/ phone call

- Strategically booking in jobs for employees

- Chasing outstanding invoices

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Can build quick rapport with others - Adept in technology - Excellent verbal/ written communication - Experience of managing a high work load - Experience of strategic planning - Previously have worked for a letting agency; trade business (i.e. joinery), maintenance company - Experience of working with the 'Jobber' work flow system
