Job Description

Duties will include

• Ensuring the smooth running of a busy accounts department
• Line managing a team of x2 administrators
• Bookkeeping activities including sales and purchase ledger
• Processing direct debits
• Managing intercompany transactions and payments
• Bank Reconciliations, postings and balancing accounts
• Raising sales invoices and credit control duties
• Managing petty cash
• Processing month end reports
