My client is a world-class organisation that promotes a wide and diverse variety of art forms and experiences in London. With ever growing ambitions they continue to challenge boundaries and to expand their portfolio with new business ideas and commercial activities.

At present they are looking to recruit a high calibre finance business partner to support key business decisions within their commercial division including restaurants, bars and international events.

• Provide expert support and advice to senior management including analysis, management reports and budgeting advice.
• Challenge existing assumptions and working practices, taking into account the financial impact, effective use of resources and strategic objectives.
• Support divisional budget holders on major new initiatives and change programmes including financial tracking and accountability.
• Manage one Management Accountant.

The successful candidate will already have built up a strong working knowledge of business partnering in a commercial environment. Having worked with various budget holders, those with a retail or hospitality environment are encouraged to apply.
