Job Description

Your role will support the Riverside Group to fully comply with the outcome of the Hackitt Review, new Building Safety Bill and all related statutory and best practice obligations.

We are seeking applications from candidates who are located within / adjacent or are prepared to relocate to the wider North London Region London area where the majority of properties are located to ensure proximity to our portfolio.

Responsible to our Building Safety Managers, you will deliver a programme of inspections; support our work to identify the portfolio's building safety risks and deliver plans to manage the portfolio's safety. You will develop a sound understanding of the construction, maintenance, fire strategies, compliance obligations and customers in those high risk properties.

You will support the development of policies, procedures and systems to effectively manage the “golden thread” of property data required to provide fit for purpose Safety Case Reports which achieve “Building Registration Certificates” for all our properties. You will engage our customers in the safe management of their buildings as well as with the new Regulator, local authorities and Fire and Rescue Services
