Job Description

We have partnered with an architectural and structural fabrication company to recruit a Site Manager into their team. Our client specialises in bespoke metalwork fabrication including balconies, balustrades, railings, and staircases. The successful candidate will need a background in architectural and structural metalwork.
Running one of the company's main contracts which could last 5 10 years
Liaise with and manage any on site contractors
Attend site meeting and liaise with client
Liaise with head office regarding progress and delivery of design, manufacture, and programming

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Health and Safety trained, IOSH or preferably NEBOSH Experience in Architectural and Structural Metalwork SMSTS Capable of compiling RAMS, QA and lifting plans (not essential) and submitting to client
