Responsible for the preparation, development and analysis of financial information so that the management team has reliable figures on which to base their strategic decisions. Provide accurate and timely financial service including month end timetable and support of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and daily bank reconciliations.
• Update and review daily cash flow and rolling forecast.
• Coding of all supplier invoices and processing in Xero.
• Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely production of the company monthly management accounts.
• Analysing monthly variances on revenue and costs & prepare monthly accruals and prepayments journals and maintain control spreadsheets.
• Assist the annual budget and forecast processes as well as assist in the preparation of year end accounts and audit processes.
• Prepare and send end of Fiscal year sales figures via statement to all customers for their annual tax returns.
• Assist the Head of Finance and Senior Management team with ad hoc projects and queries.

Requirements

• Part or Fully Qualified Accountant.
• Minimum 2 years post qualification experience working in various finance positions.
• Xero accounting system experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in vehicle asset finance and rental business desirable.
• Exposure to Bamboo (HR) and Chargebee (Sales) or similar systems desirable.
