Job Description

The Role:

• Supporting the Financial Director.
• Cash flow management
• Sales and purchase ledgers
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for all businesses
• Preparation work for the year end accounts
• Data Analysis as and when required
• Assistance in preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT returns
• Admin job, invoices, POs, Bank rec, filing, filling applications etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

MUST have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Advantageous if AAT Qualified level 3 and or part ACCA qualified or finance related Degree. Proficient in MS Office Excel using pivot tables. Self-motivated, flexible attitude highly organised. Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines. Be passionate and driven about your career within accountancy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
