Job Description

We are looking for talented and ambitious BIM professionals that have either a background in engineering construction, architecture or have worked for a BIM consultancy for several years. These roles are for people who want to challenge themselves and work at the forefront of the digital technology field. You can be based anywhere in the UK but must be able and willing to travel to central London and the South West.

As the BIM Manager, you will be involved in the management and delivery of client’s information requirements on construction projects. Responsible for design coordination, technical authoring, data verification and clash detection. You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, either remotely or at design team meetings. Most importantly, you will be able to lead and develop a team as the company grows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must demonstrate current direct experience with the process, workflow and use of BIM & infrastructure analysis software of complex projects using Revit. In-depth understating of the current Level 2 BIM requirements. Demonstrable understanding of project processes, workflows, contractual obligations. The potions will offer vast potential to grow with a company that has ambitious plans. This is a role that has significant importance to the business.
