Working in a small finance team, reporting to the Company Accountant responsibilities will include:
Processing/verifying all incoming sales orders onto the accounting system
Carrying out credit checks via a 3rd party
Setting up new customer accounts
Raising sales invoices
Credit control using written and verbal communication
Posting and allocating payments
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Processing staff expenses
Other ad hoc duties as required
