Job Description

This is a role will offer variety with a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

  • Processing stock and overhead invoices
  • Checking receipts on our ERP system with invoices and checking the pricing
  • Coding invoices and expenses
  • Checking invoice approvals against our authorisation matrix
  • Scan and file invoices electronically
  • Preparation of payment proposals
  • Processing expenses and credit card transactions
  • Answering queries from all stakeholders
  • Liaising with suppliers in the event of queries
  • Regular allocation of transactions
  • Aged creditor review
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Drive improvements in procedures and processes
  • Rising and posting intercompany invoices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a minimum of 12 months Accounts payable experience Be energetic, proactive and have a methodical approach to work. Have experience working to deadlines. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have strong systems analysis skills. Have good attention to detail and be a problem solver. Computer literate with Microsoft Office and strong proficiency in Excel and be able to naturally pick up new systems.
