Job Description
This is a role will offer variety with a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Processing stock and overhead invoices
Checking receipts on our ERP system with invoices and checking the pricing
Coding invoices and expenses
Checking invoice approvals against our authorisation matrix
Scan and file invoices electronically
Preparation of payment proposals
Processing expenses and credit card transactions
Answering queries from all stakeholders
Liaising with suppliers in the event of queries
Regular allocation of transactions
Aged creditor review
Supplier statement reconciliation
Drive improvements in procedures and processes
Rising and posting intercompany invoices
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a minimum of 12 months Accounts payable experience Be energetic, proactive and have a methodical approach to work. Have experience working to deadlines. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have strong systems analysis skills. Have good attention to detail and be a problem solver. Computer literate with Microsoft Office and strong proficiency in Excel and be able to naturally pick up new systems.
