Job Description

Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you’ll support projects and offices with delivery of employment and skills plans, work with supply chain partners to deliver target commitments and map, monitor and support the progression of apprentices and trainees. Supporting local spend and inward investment programmes is a key part of this role, as well as creating case studies for PR and marketing purposes. You’ll be the main link between Kier Construction London (KCL) and our local communities, schools, colleges and universities to ensure we promote our CSR strategy. You’ll act as a brand ambassador ensuring both compliance is monitored and strengthened across the business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you’ll have previous CSR experience and have a good understanding of the CSR obligations and requirements as it’s relates to tenders and live projects. You’ll need to have good communication skills, be organised and have a systematic approach to work. The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships is an integral skill for the successful candidate.
