Job Description

This Senior Project Manager would be joining the team to work predominately on CAT A & CAT B office fit-out and refurb projects but your time will be shared out alongside new build developments in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors. You will be working for major funds, property companies and corporate occupiers. Being from a predominantly commercial fit out background the chance to add these other sectors to your CV would give someone a great opportunity to broaden their knowledge across other sectors.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

At this level you are likely to have 5 years plus of experience as you will need to be able to manage projects on your own with minimal supervision from concept through to handover and all the project stages, plus be comfortable overseeing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for helping to mentor some of the junior members of the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Obviously a Professional qualification (RICS, MCIOB etc.) would be a very beneficial but not essential, you need to be happy presenting to clients and leading meetings and be able to hold your own in meetings with clients and contractors. Even more importantly this Senior Project Manager will have a positive outlook and be a driven and committed member of the team, willing to get stuck in and contribute across the board.
