Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified as an Architect or an Architectural Technician/Technologist A minimum of 3 years UK professional work experience as a BIM Coordinator Experience working on large residential projects and delivering projects using Revit across all RIBA work stages and especially from Stage 4 onwards Experience in regular model auditing and clash detections simulations Advanced Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks skills are essential for this position (a minimum of 3 years’ experience) Experience working on BIM level 2/ISO 19650 projects Knowledge of Solibri, Vectorworks and Dynamo would be advantageous Sound technical understanding of UK construction processes, procedures, rules and regulations Good oral and written communication Proficient document and report writing Proficient internal presenter
