You’ll have a broad range of responsibilities:
- Development, management and execution of the SCS Staff Travel Plan
- Ensuring compliance with SCS and HS2 policies
- Liaison with site teams
- Ability to communicate with workforce and produce communication material
- Forecasting and planning travel within the constraints of the HS2 Environmental statement
- Measuring travel metrics and reporting
- Effective issue resolution
- Engagement with TFL, Local Authorities and other stakeholders
- Community Engagement
- General support and cover for other logistics and administrative functions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills in English Good organisation skills Good IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Be a team player Be a problem solver Have a positive attitude Be an enthusiastic and quick learner
