Job Description

You’ll have a broad range of responsibilities:

  • Development, management and execution of the SCS Staff Travel Plan
  • Ensuring compliance with SCS and HS2 policies
  • Liaison with site teams
  • Ability to communicate with workforce and produce communication material
  • Forecasting and planning travel within the constraints of the HS2 Environmental statement
  • Measuring travel metrics and reporting
  • Effective issue resolution
  • Engagement with TFL, Local Authorities and other stakeholders
  • Community Engagement
  • General support and cover for other logistics and administrative functions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills in English Good organisation skills Good IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Be a team player Be a problem solver Have a positive attitude Be an enthusiastic and quick learner
