Job Description

• Standard collections, chasing outstanding debt by phone, letter, and email
• Liaising with different departments to identify what assets are worth and making arrangements for collection
• Managing own portfolio of customers in arrears, making arrangements, and monitoring them for payments
• Provision of management information, complying with regulations
• Resolving any queries in a timely and efficient manner

What you will need:

• Experience in job roles such as; Credit Controller, Sales Ledger Clerk, Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Credit Supervisor, Debt Collection Agent, Recoveries Clerk, Collections / Collector
• Good communication skills
• Confidence to deal with customers via phone and email
• Excel
