• Chasing for payment via email and telephone • Dealing with multi currencies • Assisting with cash allocations • Dealing with credit approvals • Dealing with internal queries about payments • Negotiating repayment plans • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies • Respond promptly to both client and internal enquiries • Undertake account reconciliations as required
