Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse client portfolio, acting as key client liaison and support with technical issue resolution
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships, gaining a good understanding of their businesses and providing trusted assistance with their issues
• Line management for a number of direct reports, providing coaching and development of team members and taking responsibility for supporting their career development
• Managing staffing with regards to external audit assignments, financial performance and meeting key deadlines
• Assisting with business development activities, building relationships with target clients and supporting with pitching activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA) with strong experience of managing external audits from planning to completion at manager level. You will have demonstrable experience of preparing client deliverables and interacting with senior client contacts to build and maintain strong business relationships. Experience of IFRS, UK GAAP and international auditing standards are essential.
