Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing profitability of project from inception to completion.
• Negotiation of subcontractor packages and variation costs.
• Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing client and team communication.
• Working closely with technical management team on the MEP package prior and during construction.
• Agreeing accounts with quantity surveyors.
• Overseeing the risk Management and procurement.
• Managing the supply chain.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good understanding and sufficient knowledge of contracts. Experienced working on tenders and bidding for new work, including pitching to clients and consultants at interviews to assist with winning new work. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
