About the role:

Acting as main subcontractor for all hard and soft landscaping surrounding the building and worked collaboratively with the client in the installation of a brand new integrated recycling system. The contract consists of the construction of a king post retaining wall and reinforced capping beam surrounding the entire centre, the construction of internal roads and external roads, paving, installation of below ground drainage, following is then Groundworks & 6 Storey Frame.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5 years or more of Groundworks and hard landscaping projects. Setting out/engineering Writing RAMS. Relevant H&S Management Training Planning, arranging & managing Labour, Plant and Material resource. Implementing programme/productivity targets
