The Role:

The Director of Building Service will be responsible for the continuing development of our Building Service Department within the security market place. The market that the role will operate will require an innovative and creative engineer, as our projects can be complex and technically challenging. The successful candidate will be heading up a secure multi-disciplined team, working on UK and international based projects

The Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all Security Building Services current projects, building service clients and staff, along with Quality Assurance Systems (QMS) and security protocols.
• Deliver executive level project summaries as a presentation to the client on building services results, recommended solutions, mitigations and transition to technology implementation
• Contribute towards RFP/RFI/RFQ responses that pertain to Building Services. Lead all efforts with regard to qualifications, fees, scheduling and project timeline.
• Support the company growth on all business development events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Chartered Engineer Minimum 10 years’ experience of Building Service project design and delivery Effective business development skills Strong communication and presentation skills Background in security engineering services Proven team leader Ability to gain security clearance at DV level Expert witness experience would be advantageous
