Job Description

Reporting into the Group Finance Manager, an ambitious West Lothian based business is seeking a mature and experienced finance professional to perform the role of Assistant Management Accountant/Payroll Manager. Qualified as well as QBE candidates will be considered but the ability to demonstrate a track record of performance will be the determining factor. An outline of the candidate profile are as detailed below.

  • Monday to Friday

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sage Payroll Expert. Sage 50 Accounts Expert. Experience of Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Revenue Reconciliations. Intermediate MS skills, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF). The role itself will require an individual with a sleeves rolled up mentality, high volumes of transactional data being entered on a daily basis. A “first time right” mentality is a pre-requisite as is the ability to perform ad-hoc tasks with minimal supervision and to develop as the business grows.
