The position of Finance & Corporate Services Manager is a SMT post that is critical to the running and efficiency of the entire organization. To be considered for this opportunity you must have both finance and corporate services experience.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

Finance

• Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to the SMT
• Preparation of statutory accounts & returns
• Budgeting & forecasting
• VAT returns
• Monitoring and analyzing all income & expenditure
• Balance sheet maintenance
• Journal, accruals and prepayments
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll and pension duties & responsibilities

Corporate Services

• HR duties & responsibilities
• Managing the administration team
• Maintenance and development of the organizational database
• Assisting with IT and systems developments
• Adhoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant is desirable but not essential. Charitable sector experience is desirable but not essential. Strong practical finance experience – ESSENTIAL. Corporate services experience – ESSENTIAL. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience of financial systems such as Sage, Xero or QuickBooks. Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel.
