The Role
As part of the St Pancras Transformation Team and making this vision a reality you will work closely with the Trust Estate Teams, Clinical and non-Clinical staff and service users, you will also help to build on the strong relationships with other NHS Trusts, major developers and contractors as part of the overall programme.
From the start, developing and maintaining close working arrangements and adopting a partnering approach to delivery, will underpin success. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Good IT Skills and working knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint, MS projects Ability to plan and programme activities and think ahead Organisational skills with document and email filing, actions and tasks Good time management skills – ability to prioritise and set S.M.A.R.T Good level of written English and ability to communicate effectively Relevant Qualification – Construction, engineering
