Job Description

The role will be a key interface into the client and provide leadership both internally to teams who support the delivery of works, and externally promoting the Osborne brand at all times. You will ensure that these teams are engaged, motivated and working collaboratively to achieve success.
You will understand how a business works and the importance of both strategic direction, and operational excellence in ensuring we meet our contractual requirements. You will be able to liaise with a wide spectrum of stakeholders both internally and externally, and have great relationship building skills. A passion for safety is a must, as is an approach of continuous improvement, understanding how to create and influence change when and where required. You will also be commercially astute and have experience of contracts management and have had direct P&L responsibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a progressive leader who understands how to lead a diverse group within a civil engineering environment, ideally from a fast moving, small works operation.
