Job Description
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
  • Processing payments.
  • Conducting daily banking activities.
  • Producing various financial reports.
  • Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
  • Xero software knowledge preferred
  • Money soft software knowledge preferred
  • HMRC PAYE, VAT returns etc.
  • Sales and Purchase ledger
  • Financial Reports
  • General office admin
  • 3 days part time post

  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear their own masks plus the gloves provided. Screens and Hand sanitising stations are already in place.

Experience:

  • bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
  • Xero + Moneysoft: 1 year (Preferred)
