Job Description

The position of Finance & Administration Manager is a redeveloped role that will operate within a very fast paced and busy office environment. It will report directly to the Managing Director and work very closely with the other head office and operational staff. Its imperative that the success individual has a flexible and collaborative approach i.e. will be willing to roll their sleeves up with no task being too big or too small.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director
  • Preparation of financial MI for internal and external reports
  • Assisting with budget setting & monitoring
  • Variance analysis
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end information and audit, including liaising with the external Accountants
  • Monitoring and accurate recording of all income
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Processing purchase ledger, sales ledgers & expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with credit control & debt recovery
  • Database input and maintenance
  • Dealing with questions and queries from customer & suppliers
  • Generic administration
  • Adhoc duties
