The position of Finance Manager will begin as remote working with all the necessary equipment and induction provided to ensure a swift, professional and efficient remote on-boarding. Once normality resumes, the business are also happy to discuss flexible working and a blended approach i.e. office & home working. The role of Finance Manager will offer:

• Up to £55,000 base salary

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

• Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs including overseeing the month-end close
• Production and presentation of annual reporting packs
• Involvement in a number of high value & business critical projects
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
• Adherence with internal and external regulations
• People management – delegation and reviewing of working whilst also conducting appraisals, one to one’s and personal development plans
• Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with other key internal functions i.e. group finance, FP&A, treasury etc.
• Adhoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant – ESSENTIAL. Financial services experience – ESSENTIAL. A proven track record of developing processes, procedures, controls & systems. People management or supervisory experience. ERP systems experience and advanced user of Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
