Company is based in Harrow, London, and employs over 800 employees. It specialises in high volume pizza bakery manufacturing. It is one of five factories that are part of the company sector in the UK.

JOB DETAIL
Are you an experienced Accountant looking for a new challenge? Here at company we are looking for an experienced people manager with experience of working at pace in a bust and varied role, often with lots of different priorities and deadlines. You will be someone that able to take direction, use your initiative and have the confidence to ask relevant questions in order to achieve results.

Your role will be broad in scope, covering Financial, Management Accounting and Internal Audit. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc analysis work, as required by the business. This role will manage a team of finance professionals (10) therefore strong people skills and mentoring skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Weekly Reporting
• Month End Process
• Monthly Consolidation
• Rolling Forecast
• Performance Reporting
• Challenging and improving the Control Environment
• Working Capital
• National Statistics, VAT and Intrastat
• Group Requirements and Tasks
• Reviewing Financial Systems
• People Management
