As a Senior Broker some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Client/Network Engagement
Ensure the Client is at the heart of business propositions and practice and they are treated fairly.
Champion the deployment of Client Promise for direct client, ensuring that valid action plans are in place and delivered to agreed timelines.
Ensure network/clients receive best in class service in a cost-effective manner.
Providing occasional benchmarking and placement advice to clients.
Accountable for active client relationship management (direct clients and/or network).
Client meetings.
Produce and/or deliver tenders.
Overseeing the presentation of terms to client/network.
Provide technical wording advice to clients/network.
Market relationship management.
Placement & Systems Management
Oversight of review, creation and enhancement of submissions, and review of draft and final MRC.
Drive and monitor accurate and timely file maintenance (ECM).
Accountable for sending the initial engagement to client/network.
Accountable for sending cover confirmation to client/network.
