Duties of the Credit Controller include:
- Maintain and organise existing ledgers
- Debt Management and collection of customer accounts
- Setting up new customer payment plans
- Chasing debts
- Monitor cash allocation
- Liaising with large suppliers
- Control and monitor daily debt
- To ensure all daily tasks and targets are achieved i.e. chasing customers debts, failure of direct debits, taking accounts off dispute.
- Contacting various departments by telephone or email
