Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a natural passion for design and have an ability to engage in design development, whilst being confident with their hand drawing skills. You will be a strong all-rounder; a good team player with good communication skills and will have the ability to coordinate, control, and make decisions individually.

• To work as part of a team to develop concepts and presentations through mood boards, modelling, and 3D sketching
• To assist with FF&E specification and procurement; maintaining all the relevant technical documents. Contacting new suppliers/manufactures as needed
• To produce AutoCAD drawings, from master planning through to small architectural and joinery details
• Assist with site visits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in high-end/luxury residential design in the UK Strong Interior Design and FF&E experience Ability to deliver neat and accurate technical design information with ease A comprehensive understanding of construction technology, joinery, and detailing A high-level of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp is essential Proven hand-drawing skills Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations.
