Job Description

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt and the resolution of complex queries. You will be responsible for the whole credit control process including:

• Setting up new customers accounts and setting credit limits
• Chasing large key accounts for outstanding debt monitoring risk
• Resolving complex queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaising with the sales team to release held orders resolve issues
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful you will have previous experience of working in fast paced credit control role, ideally you will have previously managed key accounts preferably within retail and have a proactive approach to work load and resolving queries. You will be a confident communicator with customers and key stakeholders alike.
