A digital Media company is looking for a credit controller to:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Find suitable ways for their customers to maintain payment plans and clear their overdue accounts.
• Be flexible and able to meet the differing daily challenges and priorities
• Be able to move from one account to another and managing a high volume of customers.
• Be able to communicate with our customers through inbound & outbound calls and emails.
• Be able to display a strong ability to influence and articulate messages whilst maintaining mutually beneficial arrangements with our customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Will have Experience working in a business to business (B2B) environment Will have an individual approach and have the confidence to use your own judgement to make decisions regarding their account. Will be able to handle objections whilst maintaining a great customer experience.
