Actively chase monies by telephone and email until it escalates to team manager
Post and allocate receipts accurately
Ensure queries dealt with swiftly
Issue monthly statements, and automatic reminders
Deal with customer
Keep appropriate records of customer interactions
Review and process new account applications, including credit checking and agreeing credit limit.
Reviewing credit limits when required, in line with credit insurance guidelines when applicable
Create reports of overdue accounts
Assist team members with their ledgers as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Over 2 years Credit Control experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Excellent IT skills Confident and able to deal with customers daily
