Your key duties as our Credit Controller will include:

- Ensuring the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients

- Administering and maintaining the client ledgers as an adequate security base for the lending

- Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of clients

- Providing prompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams

- Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance

- Proactively seeking to understand your clients and debtors to spot opportunities and warning signs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential - Customer service and office environment experience - Basic IT & MS Office skills – Excel, Word, Outlook - An understanding of the commercial impact of your role - The ability to work in a team environment - Someone who seeks to address development needs and takes initiative to achieve development objectives - Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail Desirable - Credit Control experience - Credit Control experience in a financial services environment - An understanding of Risk in a financial services environment
