Job Description

Our client is now looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Architect to join their expanding team based in East London on a full time, permanent basis.

• Leading your own team on high end residential and commercial projects
• Reporting to the Director and Associates on your progress on each project
• Working on projects from inception to completion
• Liaising and meeting with clients and contractors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of project running experience in the UK Experience in high-end residential design and delivery of all RIBA stages Knowledge of NBS specification writing, contract administration, and the coordination of complex construction packages Strong client-facing experience Experience in managing your own team Strong technical drawing skills in Revit and AutoCAD and a thorough understanding of BIM.
