Provide input and direction to the Executive Leadership Team and the company business in relation to IT & Cyber Security risks and best practice in our industry and, working closely with the company Assurance team, address the regulatory and statutory compliance requirements and industry best practice
Lead the creation, implementation and delivery of an effective Information & Cyber Security strategy for company including creation and on-going management of all related Policies and Procedures, delivery, measurement and reporting
Management and leadership of the Information & Cyber Security function, ensuring the operational delivery of all aspects of security are met
Ensuring that company is equipped with the right tools and skills in relation to all aspects of IT security in order to protect and deliver a great service to company’s customers

Extensive experience at enterprise level of implementing an effective security strategy to protect both business and customer assets and information in a regulated industry and/or IT service provider. A confident senior leader with the personable skills to empower and inspire teams and IS Security practitioners and have a trusted position within the company and with customers. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). CompTIA Security+. Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NCSF). Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI).
