As someone who has ideally had previous reception experience, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. You will support the team of co-workers in delivering a fantastic client experience.
If you'd been working in this Receptionist role last week, your shifts might have seen you:
Welcoming customers and providing them with a personal and friendly service
Arranging room bookings if required
Scheduling meetings and updating participants
Ensuring that Office Reception is tidy
In this time of COVID-19, more than ever, you should be conscious of health guidelines and will be confident in encouraging and supporting customers to adhere to social distancing and the latest hygiene guidance. In return for your skills, you'll earn between £8.72 and £10 per hour.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally, you will have had previous receptionist experience, although candidates with customer service experience may also be considered. You must have a warm, friendly manner and offer reliable customer service. So you'll need to be a confident communicator and 'people' person and a reliable worker and time-keeper. You'll also need to be able to commit to full-day weekend shift patterns.
