Job Description

The applicant should be responsible, reliable, and flexible and have good organisational and planning skills being a “can-do” type who will get fully involved solving problems promptly, or when delegating will make sure that tasks are completed as required.

Our works range from supply and fitting mirrors in five star hotels to reglazing repairs to the tallest buildings in London. From new work and construction to replacement glazing-covering all aspects of glass and glazing, which we survey, source and fit to our blue chip client's properties throughout London and further a field, were service is a priority.

We operate with our own operatives 24/7 but this position would be for our usual office hours.Salary is negotiable.The position is full time PAYE.
Applicants should be qualified to undertake the above job and will need to have a good use of written and spoken English, and be legally allowed to work in the UK permanently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants should have estimating experience of the glass/glazing and or building industry with experience in areas such as: - dealing with sales enquiries via email and telephone, working with bills of quantity and drawings, obtaining information from surveyors and glaziers, dealing with clients, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors, as well as good knowledge of health and safety, method statements and contract responsibility, etc. Applicants should be self-motivated, with good accuracy skills and a desire to take responsibility and to develop as we grow. They will also need relevant computer and office skills.
