Clear demonstration of understanding relationships within large projects Experience of Large Account management (e.g. agreements, rebates etc.) Ability to communicate at all levels within our organisations up to and including Director level Ability to learn new ideas/products and implement quickly Strong presentation skills A commitment to understanding the internal capabilities of Hilti to support the external environment and the challenges that our customers face Proven track record of sales experience with visible results or construction/site based experience via a previous position
