Job Description

This is a perfect opportunity for a Finance Manager (Mandarin or Cantonese speaking) seeking a role with increasing commercial responsibilities with a growing international powerhouse. I am partnering my client in their search for a polished Management Accountant who is keen to develop and become the Head of Finance in 2 years.

1. Management and Supervision

• Supervise 2 individuals
• Interact with Hong Kong

2. Budget

• Be the key person in the budgetary processes

3. Financial Reporting

• Month end and year end close

4. Analysis

• Identify opportunity and profitability

5. Operation

• Cash flow forecasting
• VAT and CIS returns
• Oversee and coordinate the annual audit

Requirements & Skills:

• Mandarin or Cantonese Language Skills
• Prior experience in SAP is an advantage
• Preferably previous experience in property management
• CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent - Qualified or Finalist. Individuals that are QBE will be considered
