Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Administration and Clerical Team of NHSL Royal Edinburgh And Associated Services (REAS). This service incorporates all areas within the Royal Edinburgh Hospital including Mental Health Assessment Service (MHAS). The Reception Team cover a wide ranging and varied administrative work load required to support all the services and ensure safe and efficient running work required. The post holder will be required to work shifts Monday to Sunday in relation to service requirements on a rotational basis. The role requires good customer service skills, day to day administration, dealing with incoming calls and enquiries .
