Job Description

As a Complaint Handler, you will be thoroughly investigating both sides of the dispute by reviewing the evidence and speaking to both parties. You will then make a decision that is fair, and feels fair, for both parties.

This role is initially for 3 months however there is scope for this to be extended thereafter.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills. Impeccable customer service. Decision-making skills. The ability to evaluate evidence using sound judgment. The ability to take ownership of your workload. The ability to show empathy.
