Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary to permanent role. Our client is looking for work from home customer service representatives to deal with inbound customer service queries.

We are looking for people with customer service experience, call Centre experience not essential.

Must be fully flexible Monday to Friday 8-8 and Saturday/Sunday 9-5.30.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Appointment setting
• Answering general enquiries
• Complaint handling

This is a full time position working 40 hours

Hourly rate - £8.20-£8.72 per hour

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to pass a credit. Must be able to pass criminal record check due. Must have a valid in date EU passport. Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years. Must be over 18.
